The hotel boasts a charming outdoor restaurant area with breathtaking views of Volcan Concepcion, perfect for unwinding after a day's explorations. The staff here, led by the amiable Lucy and Danny, proved to be remarkably helpful, ensuring that my every need was addressed, from arranging tours to providing essential transport options. Their friendly demeanor enhanced the overall experience, creating a welcoming environment for collaboration among fellow guests. While the rooms are basic, they are adequately spacious, clean, and equipped with effective air conditioning. For those seeking a serene retreat, the terrace offers a splendid spot to watch the sunset. Though the property might not exude opulence, the combination of a prime location, attentive service, and essential amenities positions El Encanto Garden as a wise option for budget-conscious travelers seeking a tranquil getaway on this enchanting island.
